I have a clothes dryer that was to the point of do I get it repaired or just replace it? Pegasus was referred by a friend. I called in the morning. They arrived in the afternoon. The problem was quickly diagnosed. Back working at a fraction of what I expected to pay. Thank you. Paul

The service was great! Gregory was the technician who did the work! There was no mess and he explained everything he needed to do! The dryer works better than it did before and the parts arrived quickly, work was done just as fast! I highly recommend Pegasus and will call them again if needed in the future!

The technician and staff were kind and helped to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and I paid the base callout fee. I was a little disappointed that they suggested replacing the whole drain pump rather than just the leaky seal, so ended up sourcing the seal online and replacing the small part myself which was much cheaper than their drain pump replacement estimate.

My experience with Pegasus was excellent. The phone receptionist was very polite, the appointment was made for the same or the next day, and the technician was very punctual Kostiantyn was very helpful and tidy. Although I had asked him to diagnose my microwave, which he did while sharing a good amount of information with me, he voluntarily fixed my garbage pullout when he noticed it was not secured, and he suggested I buy stainless steel adhesive tape to fix an unsightly gap between my built in ovens and cabinetry.

Have called this company twice in the last 2 years for dishwasher repairs. I could not ask for more, they did a great job and the technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable as well as quick. Michael knew what the issue was within a few minutes. I highly recommend Pegasus Appliance Repair as I have had them over twice and have had great experiences and no issues.

Igor diagnosed the problem with my oven in less than 10 minutes. He ordered the part on the spot. When it came in they called and set up right away. I had a great experience with Pegasus Appliance Repair after my stove stopped working following a storm and power outage. Their customer service was incredibly responsive, replying to my emails right away and getting me booked for same-day service. The tech, Peter, arrived right on schedule within the promised window. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and diagnosed the blown fuse almost immediately. He fixed the issue fast and furiously, saving me from having to replace the entire stove! excellent communication on phone.. they were forthcoming and demonstrated knowledge expertise. Even though I did not go through with a service they were able to help guide me in a way thats really helpful. also their AI voicemail feature is really good too.

I had a mystery leak with our 10 year old, oversize washing machine. By strange coincidence, our dishwasher drain plugged up right around the same time, but luckily, no flood. After calling Pegasus, we received prompt service. The dishwasher was checked out and quickly repaired. The faulty part on the washer was quickly identified, but had to be ordered. The part arrived and now the washer is now as good as new! I am so pleased with how quick, professional and effective the entire process was. In total, there were three visits (one was due to my mistake) and all contacts were very positive. We are so grateful to be dealing with them - they are #1!

Called for a service, woke up to fridge/freezer not working. She was honest and said because mine is LG only LG can supply parts, saved me a service fee. And helped answer questions I had. Not too many places are upfront and honest before taking your money these days. Although I can’t rate how they are with actual fridge service, I give 5+ starts for their actual customer service. Adrian arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem on our Maytag washing machine very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement part was not available locally and had to be ordered from the warehouse so he returned the following day to complete the job. Adrian was very professional and did a great job.

Emil from Pegasus came to check out a suspected leak on my Meile dishwasher. He checked and tested everything explaining what he was doing the whole time. No leak was found, but he very patiently explained what we would have seen if there was a leak and which areas would have been most apt to cause issue. He also checked the basement to confirm no water marks. I have run a full load now with no issue.

Great service. I called on a long weekend, had appointment set up for the Tuesday morning. The service tech was professional, efficient. Determine the part needing replacement, the following week he came back to fix it! I would use Pegasus again! I would have preferred not to wash dishes for one week but they had to order the part, so I rated a 4/5.

I was very pleased with the service I received for the repair of my dryer. I called and a serviceman ,Peter, arrived the next morning. He quickly found the issue, had the part on hand, and made the repair. He also spotted another part that was wearing from age, machine is 16 years old, and recommended replacing it as well, to save a future call back. Highly recommend this company for your repairs.

Our Sub-Zero fridge suddenly stopped cooling, and we were pretty stressed thinking all the food would go bad. We called Pegasus Appliance Repair, and they were able to come out the very same day. The technician figured out the problem really quickly and, luckily, had the part right in his truck. He fixed it on the spot, and our fridge was cooling again before he left. It's not often you get service this fast and efficient anymore. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We had an excellent experience with Pegasus Appliance Repair. Gregory was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dryer. He ordered the required part and returned the very same day to complete the repair. The service was prompt and efficient. Emil is very experienced with fridge repair and quickly diagnosed why ours wasn't cooling. A part was ordered, and he returned another day to install and our fridge is now running smoothly. I appreciate that he took extra time to answer questions about some of our other appliances. It was a pleasant experience and I would call them again.

As many of the reviews I read have stated, they promptly replied to my online request for service, offered same day service, but I needed to do a different day due to my own availability. Peter called ahead to let me know he was coming and quickly suspected a clog vs a broken part. Before he proceeded, he quoted me the price, went ahead and found the source of the problem, removed it and put it all back together and tested it multiple times before leaving. I'm sure others would have told me the pump was broken and needed replacing and charged me unnecessarily. Peter also provided some good insights into current appliances in general and I was very happy with his visit.

Whatever you guys do, don't lose Igor!!!! He is absolutely fantastic installer, repairman and person. The price was reasonable; his recommendations were thoughtful and considerate; communication with Pegasus, myself and repairman was flawless. My wife, my daughter and myself have to rate Pegasus and my repairman/installer (Igor) 5+ stars!

I am very happy that we hired Pegasus to resolve a long-standing issue with our dryer that no other repair person seemed able to rectify. Turned out the issue was incredibly simple, so we did not pay anything beyond the initial assessment fee. Excellent service, very capable technicians, and finally a solution. From my first call to the follow up after the service, every step with Pegasus was efficient, professional and well executed. We were able to get a same day appointment and Emil was amazing. He was able to pinpoint the issues quickly, had parts ordered and even asked if there wasn’t anything g else he could help with, so he repaired our refrigerator ice machine as well, all in one visit. We had a very strange hole in our dishwasher that created a leak. He located it, repairs it with epoxy rather than suggesting a new dishwasher. I received a call the next day that the parts arrived and he returned the same day to install them. He was quick, funny and made the experience easy and pain-free. And the cost was fair. Excellent service, Peter came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts from the west coast, he came back and installed it, up and running again within 7 days. Very happy with the service and communication, now we can use the wall oven again. Thank you very much Pegasus.

Third time we have used Pegasus. Twice for a fridge/freezer repair and once for our clothes dryer. They are reliable, quick, and priced well. I like the fact that their service call fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair. Emil is trustworthy and honest. I dont like the fee charged for using a credit card. I think its a part of doing business, even for small companies. Hoping I dont need you again any time soon! But will reach out only to Pegasus if needed.
